I'm a single working mom, navigating life's challenges and trying to find clarity through all the chaos. I've been through my gauntlet... from managing a tumultuous marriage with a dangerously toxic man, to finding my strength to finally get my daughter and me out of the anxiety-ridden insanity, to restarting my journey on a totally different path than I'd ever imagined. I was able to find a strength and a level of resilience that I never knew existed inside of me. I'm sharing my experiences with the hope that it can help someone else find the courage to embrace the unknown, to feel empowered to take back control of your life, and to realize that there is hope for a happier life on the other side of the storm.
